Happiness, Joy, Excitement, Hosannas
Fireworks are going off around me
There is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders
If I could do cartwheels I would
Time to Party Hardy!!!!
If you couldn't tell I am excited!!! Yesterday I finally, FINALLY, received word that the bank approved the sale of my house. It has only taken a year - but I am so glad the buyers stuck it out and we can now close this and that will end another chapter of my life. I almost broke down and cried when I saw that email. The title company asked my Realtor to setup a time for us for closing - I let them know I could be there right now :)
So - this is my 30 Words this week. If you would like to join in just head on over to Erin's blog Treasure's Found and join in the fun.
Oh Miss Beth! I am so happy for you! I can feel your excitement radiating, and your smile is so beautiful. I understand that elation. When we put our house on the market, it took almost a year for it to be sold, but the buyers were not good people (they got in the house and had contractors working on it without our knowing BEFORE they took ownership - it was awful!). I totally understand the feeling you are expressing and I know that this is closing the door on one chapter of your life so you can freely embrace the next. Congratulations! Thanks for joining in the 30 Words challenge! Enjoy the day. Erin

ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I'm sure that is a HUGE relief! I can't imagine having to have that process drawn out for so long. Here's to your next chapter, may it be fabulous!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the sale going through. I know that will help with your peace of mind.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Beth! Selling a house is unbelievably stressful, and to have it drag on for so long would be nearly unbearable. Your smile says it all! I found the 30 Words challenge through your blog, and I'm excited to participate regularly! :)
ReplyDeleteA HUGE congratulations!!!!
